Oh Crap…Somebody Whizzied on the Floor

Or they might as well have! This morning whilst driving in to work I couldn’t resist toting along my brand new box of cereal. (Super Tasty p to the s.)

I started to put it in into the passenger seat where I nestle most of the things I need quicker/easier access to during the rush hour jam session. The thought that then popped into my head was ”…I’d better put this right beside me…One good stop will send it spilling all over the place. So I wedged put it betwixt myself and the arm rest.

Perfect fit.

I knew I loved this cereal.

So I successfully made the first stop and headed on my way. As I pull up to the stoplight to enter the love hate relationship that is the freeway, the cereal box decided to mistake the floorboard of my car for a giant red cereal bowl.

The ten second rule did soo not apply to this situation.

I do not love this cereal.

Now I really will have to take my car to the carwash.
Hopefully they won't have the urge to give it a milk bath.

Jerky cereal. Your link is a little wonky.

Didn't you know that there is some kind of cosmic law that says this must happen? Cereal, bags of chips, or anything where there is a lot of little stuff that will be totally annoying to clean it up. It's the law.
Have fun at the car wash!

If I only had a nickel for everytime that happened. Try ziplocs. The road is rockyier than seminary.

Make it into a game!

As you pick up bits of debris from your floorboard you can play Guess that Crunchy Bit?
Cereal or Is It?

GM duely noted. The problem has been corrected.

Tracy, thank you for joining me and your sage words of wisdom.
This lesson will not be forgotten...

At least until all the little carmelized corn flakes have been vacuumed out of the car.

Lady ironically I did think about seminary days of yor when I would eat straight from the box. However in those days I never ate whilst driving. I was just so excited to try out the new cereal. That'll teach me to be impatient. ;D

EWBL That sounds like fun bordering on the slightly horrific of experiences!

Sadly the last time my car was vacuumed out was when the oil was changed which I am due for in a couple of weeks no less.

But I'm definitely not waiting until then... I'm still not sure where I can get my hands on a vacuum to undertake this kind of shenanigan.

Toaster waffles (sans the syrup) are easier. And you can get your chocolate fix, too.

Good point, I think I'll give it a whirl next week ;D

Was what a Peanut quote?

The sad part was I literally had no time to vacuum out the coche this past weekend so my car mats fed the birds.
